After 30 years in management roles in both the business and non-profit sectors, I realized that my work was no longer bringing me the fulfillment that I desired. So, I took the leap to start my own business allowing me to focus on work that utilizes my greatest strengths, allows me to bring my skills to a wider range of people and brings me great satisfaction.
Most recently I was the Human Resources Manager for Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, a national skin care company. I have also held management positions at a number of non-profit organizations, leading them in efforts to recruit and retain staff. I was a member of the executive team at Safe Passage, a non-profit committed to ending domestic violence and the Director of the Hampshire County Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC).
In addition to my track record of exceptional hires, my extensive experience in screening and interviewing candidates enables me to bring the employer’s perspective to job seekers. I have a Masters in Human Services Administration and I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Northampton Chamber of Commerce.
I reside in Florence, MA with my husband and love to vegetable garden, read, spend time with friends and listen to live music. I derive deep satisfaction from my volunteer work with Welcome Home Northampton, supporting refugees new to our community, and from serving on the Advisory Committee of Grow Food Northampton. Most of all, I love visiting my daughter in Minneapolis.
